IF I REDUCE THE NUMBER OF DAYS OR DO NOT WANT THE ACCOMMODATION AND/OR MEALS, IS THE PRICE REDUCED?

The registration fee is always the same accoding to the date,, with no change in accommodation (provided free of charge by the Sports General Directorate) or meals leading to a reduction in the amount. You can choose to eat or dine out during the festival, or stay in a different location than the one we offer, provided you notify the organization’s staff. You can also attend fewer days than the full meeting, although we do not recommend it. However, the registration fee is always the same.

ARE ALL THE WORKSHOPS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE OR SHOULD I CHOOSE?

All workshops are included, although some will be taught simultaneously and the group will be divided into two levels. You can consult the program in the section TIMETABLE, and the different disciplines in WORKSHOPS.

WHAT LEVEL IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING?

We recommend that students have a intermediate level of training in dance. This in years of experience or training is very relative. We have enabled a field within the registration form to indicate your experience, and we will positively value the level in dance if many requests are received. We will also take into consideration the trajectory in the work with the body, theatre, circus, etc. Experience in the physical work is required to adequately address the contents of the workshops.

CAN I REGISTER IF I AM BELOW 18 YEARS OLD?

Yes, but with some limitations. The minimum age for participation in the intensive is 16 years old.In case you are still younger, we encourage you to contact individually with the organisation to asses your case individually.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

In general we recommend that you bring everything you may need.As we provide rooms, mattresses and sheets, it is not necessary to bring sleeping bags. We recommend all participants to wear caps, knee pads, mosquito repellent, swimsuits, sports shoes, bath and toilet towels and sunscreen. The facility has a swimming pool for the participants.

In the installation we do not have any kind of shop. If there is an emergency, the organization can go to the nearest population, but we encourage you to take what you will need in those days, without waiting to buy it there. This includes medication, supplementation for classes… In the installation we will have a fridge and cabinets in the dining room for you to leave there all the food you want to bring. In any case, the organization will have fruit and water for students during the breaks between classes in the morning and for mid-afternoon snacks.

HOW MANY DANCERS WILL THERE BE?

The maximun number of spots available is limited to 50 people. Attendees are divided into two groups in some of the classes or one alone in the larger spaces and outdoors. These groups are done according to the level, but you can request the group change if the experience and space allow it (each case will be evaluated individually).

HOW CAN I MOVE AROUND THE AREA?

La organización dispondrá para los alumnos de un autobús desde Plasencia el día 21, y otro de vuelta a la misma población el día 26. La propia instalación dispone de espacio para aparcar los vehículos de aquellos que vengáis en vuestro coche, y una vez allí podéis despreocuparos del mismo. El ACCOMMODATION, the WORKSHOPS and meals are all located in the same facility. In the afternoons we will have a bus to take us and bring us from the locations where the workshops will take place.

I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES/INTOLERANCES, OR AM VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN, WILL THERE BE ALTERNATIVES THAT FIT MY NEEDS?

Yes. Indicate your food needs or allergies on the registration form. We will contact the caterer to try to adapt the meals to the needs of the attendees. In case there are any problems, we will contact you before the meeting.

IF I DROP OUT AS A STUDENT, WILL YOU PAY ME BACK?

Registration fee is always the same accoding to the date period. After you send the registration, you will receive an email with the bank account for the deposit. To formalize the reservation of your place you will have to deposit in the following days, through bank transfer, 100€ of the total of your registration, as a reservation of place.

We will previously review your experience in the "Previous experience in dance" section of the REGISTRATION, after which we will contact you to make or not the entry. Whether you are of sufficient standard for classes or not, we will advise you before paying for your reservation or tuition. From there you will have two months to enter the rest of the registration fee, in case you have chosen the split payment option, and if time permits. In other words, the deadline for registration is 9th July (unless the places are completed earlier). By that date, you must have entered the entire registration fee.

Ejemplo: Si te apuntas el 10 de abril en modalidad de pago fraccionado, pagas 100€ tras recibir nuestra confirmación, y el resto, máximo hasta el 10 de junio. Si te apuntas el 1 o el 5 de junio (varias fechas de ejemplo), tienes hasta el 14 de julio igualmente para realizar el pago total.

As registration and payment of the reservation arrive, it will be possible to finish the places. When all are completed we will open a waiting list, for possible replacements of casualties that may occur. We’ll communicate on social media when they run out.

We will write to you to confirm receipt of the income and therefore confirmation of your place.

Cancellation conditions:

The booking payment is not refundable in any case, it is your reservation. If you unsubscribe at any time, we will not refund it.

Si te das de baja antes del 14 de julio y ya has pagado el total de la matrícula, se te devolverá el importe de la matrícula menos la reserva. Si te das de baja después del 14 de julio, no se te reembolsará nada.

WILL YOU INFORM WHEN THERE ARE FEW PLACES LEFT?

We will announce through the networks when the squares are finished. When all the registrations have been completed you can sign up for the waiting list and we will notify you in case there is a drop.

ARE SPORT AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES COMPULSORY?

No, none of Tierras en Danza activities are mandatory. However, all are recreational activities with a level adaptable to the participants. We strongly encourage you to participate and enjoy all of them to the fullest!

CAN YOU GO TO THE SHOWS WITHOUT BEING REGISTERED?

Yes, all the programme of the FESTIVAL is free and is open for whoever wants to participate (some activities require pre-registration).

CAN YOU PARTICIPATE IN THE OUTDOOR WORKSHOPS WITHOUT BEING REGISTERED?

No, you can only attend as a spectator. We encourage anyone who wants to know more about the dance to come to the workshops, but only as observers and in a respectful way.
