La organización dispondrá para el alumnado de un autobús o de coches desde Plasencia el día 23 a las 15:45, y otro de vuelta a la misma población el día 28 con llegada prevista a las 16:00. De esta forma es posible viajar ese mismo día mediante tren o autobús. El punto de encuentro es la Avenida del Valle, 5, 10600, Plasencia. It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you plan your itinerary in advance. Communications by train and bus to Plasencia are limited, and there is no public transport to get to El Anillo apart from the organization’s bus. We recommend you to arrive the same day before 14:00 or the day before and get to know the city. If you lose the means of transport and the staff of the organization had to go to pick you up in Plasencia, an extra 100€ will be charged for the trip.

In case you come to the festival with your own vehicle, the installation of El Anillo has parking space for the vehicles inside the restricted access area, so it is a safe place to leave it. The ACCOMMODATION, the WORKSHOPS and meals are all located in El Anillo.

In the afternoon we will have a bus to take us and bring us from the locations where the workshops will be held.
