WHAT IS INCLUDED:

• ALOJAMIENTO del 27 de julio al 1 de agosto en las instalaciones de El Anillo (cedidas de forma gratuita por la DGD) o en el Albergue Poeta Gabriel y Galán (según necesidades organizativas).
• Dinner of the arrival day (Sunday); breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday to Thursday and breakfast and lunch of the departure day (Friday).
• Provision of water and fruit during classes and workshops.
• DANCE WORKSHOPS in the morning and improvisation and creation in the evening.
• Traslados en autobús para la ida y vuelta desde Plasencia y las actividades previstas en la programación.
• Todas las ACTIVIDADES DEPORTIVAS Y CULTURALES.

WHEN SHOULD I BE THERE?

La presentación del Encuentro comienza el 27 de julio a las 17:30 en El Anillo. Para las personas que viajen en su propio vehículo, se recomienda estar en las instalaciones a las 16:30 como máximo para la distribución de las habitaciones. Para las personas que usen el bus de la organización, el punto de encuentro de Plasencia está en el apartado HOW TO GET THERE.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous dance training (please attach a short text with previous experience and a contemporary dance video link). The workshops are aimed at people with a dance level from intermediate to advanced, so in case of a high number of requests the experience will be taken into account. If you are not accepted at first, you will be put on the waiting list.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Fill in the application form.

In a few days you will receive an email with the payment instructions. Please, check your Spam folder.

• To register, you must pay 100€ of the tuition fee in the next few days after the bank account is transferred via email. Send proof of transfer by email to tierrasendanza@gmail.com. You can choose to pay the total tuition fee.
• En caso de haber elegido el pago fraccionado deberás ingresar el importe restante de la matrícula en los dos meses posteriores a haber realizado la reserva (y siempre antes del 20 de julio).
• Previous experience in dance will be taken into account. If we consider it insufficient for the proper development of the workshops, we will contact you so that you do not make the entrance.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Reservation fee of 100€ will not be refunded if the registration is cancelled by the attendee.

Al cierre del plazo de inscripción (20 de julio) no se harán devoluciones.

In case the organization is forced to cancel the intensive before its start or to modify the dates, the full amount of the registration will be refunded (less bank fees).
